1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of this competition is Datatag ID Ltd (the “Promoter”), registered in England and Wales.

1.2 The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the FIM Superbike World Championship or any event organiser unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, including proof of age and UK residency.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The competition opens at [OPENING DATE] and closes at [CLOSING DATE] (the “Promotion Period”).

3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entry into the competition is automatic when completing either of the following actions during the Promotion Period:

a) Datatag System Purchase - Customers who purchase a new Datatag Motorcycle Security System ( standard motorcycle, BSB special or motorsport) through the Datatag web shop will receive five (5) competition entries.

b) Datatag System Re-Registration - Customers who complete a Datatag Motorcycle System re-registration (for example following a change of ownership) will receive one (1) competition entry.

4.2 Entries are linked to the purchaser’s or registrant’s details recorded within the Datatag registration system.

4.3 Multiple purchases and registrations are permitted; each qualifying transaction will generate the corresponding number of entries.

4.4 No incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will be accepted.

5. Free Entry Route

5.1 To comply with UK promotional regulations, a free postal entry route is available.

5.2 To enter without purchase, send your full name, address, email address and phone number on a postcard to: WSB VIP Competition, Datatag ID Ltd, Waterman’s House, Waterman's Court, Lotus Park, The Causeway, Staines-upon-Thames TW18 3AG

5.3 Each valid postal entry will receive one (1) competition entry.

5.5 Only one (1) postal entry allowed per person.

6. The Prize

6.1 One winner will receive:

- Two (2) VIP tickets to the UK round of the FIM Superbike World Championship to be held at Donington Park Race Circuit, Castle Donington, Derby DE74 2RP

- Tickets will allow access to GMT94 Yamaha VIP hospitality at the event on the Sunday of the race weekend ONLY.

- One pair of Pirelli motorcycle tyres (winner may chose tyres suitable for their bike, fitting NOT included)

- One SQUIRE motorcycle lock (model tbc)

6.2 The prize does not include travel, accommodation, insurance, food outside hospitality areas, or other personal expenses unless otherwise stated. The prize does not include for fitting of tyres.

6.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it.

7. Winner Selection

7.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries within 14 days of the closing date.

7.2 The draw will be conducted using a verifiable random selection method.

8. Winner Notification

8.1 The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided in their Datatag registration or postal entry within 7 days of the draw.

8.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 21 days of sending the announcement, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Publicity

9.1 By entering the competition, entrants agree that the Promoter may use the winner’s name and general location (e.g., town or county) for promotional purposes.

9.2 The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion.

9.3 The winner may be required to have their photograph taken for use in social media.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. 10.2 Data will be used for the administration of the competition and Datatag registration services only.

11. Liability

11.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, system errors, or network failures.

11.2 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize except where caused by negligence.

12. General

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

12.2 Any decision made by the Promoter regarding the competition is final.

12.3 The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
